Cathy Gagné created The Clarity Collective after more than a decade of working at the intersection of recruitment, workforce development, program design, and employer partnerships.
Throughout her career, Cathy has helped organizations hire talent, built employment programs from intake to placement, and coached job seekers navigating complex barriers to employment. She has reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted countless interviews, and worked directly with employers to understand what truly influences hiring decisions.
Through these experiences, a clear pattern emerged: many of the challenges people face in romantic relationships, families, workplaces, and everyday life stem from one thing — a lack of clarity in how we understand and communicate with one another.
